I’ve used photobox many times and always had a great experience. I ordered a jigsaw at the beginning of September, it got stuck at Royal Mail and a week later it still wasn’t delivered. I spoke with customer services as I needed it by a specific date. Aida was brilliant and I received the item with time to spare. Fabulous service!

Photobook excellent, no problems. You do need ,however, to get a move on with providing albums and past photobooks on your platform. It seems to be taking ages, hurry up !!!!
Brilliant brilliant brilliant service sorted out a problem with photos sent so promptly and efficiently, ordered some calendars as well that turned out lovely went for the glossy look and wasn’t disappointed at all. They are very good as well in letting you know beforehand if the photos aren’t of good quality to make you aware. I always use PhotoBox and will carry on doing so because of the professionalism, care passion they take in creating and turning memories into something so precious and special in whatever you order with them..

The whole process was easy . Upload photos , adjust them if you wish , then just order . I liked that I could get an oversize print as lots of the others don’t do that . Two separate orders , both arrived in under a week . Job done .
